Items ordered from stock are often shipped the same day, for orders placed before 1:00 PM. Edited articles may take longer.
Returns

We have a 30 day returns policy, which means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the Netherlands, the shipment of your goods may take longer than expected.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess and resolve the problem.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift vouchers.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 3 days reflection period
Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you so we can let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, your money will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within ten business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
